1.1    These Terms and Conditions have been issued by DAPS POLSKA limited liability company, with its registered office in Kąty Wrocławskie, 38 Nowowiejska Street, 55-080, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the District Court     for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division in Wrocław under KRS number 0000055799, with share capital in the amount of 1,500,000.00 PLN, NIP 8990108219, REGON 930109790.
1.2    The following Terms and Conditions set out the principles for the free use of the website www.duerkopp-adler-polska.com by Users.

2.1    Terms and Conditions – the Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.duerkopp-adler-polska.com.
2.2    Website – the website available at www.duerkopp-adler-polska.com together with its resources.

ARTYKUŁ 3.    RULES GOVERNING USER ACCESS TO THE RESOURCES OF THE WEBSITE
3.1    Persons who do not accept the provisions of the Terms and Conditions may not use the Website. If the User does not accept the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, they should immediately discontinue use of the Website.
